Our service starts with the design process where you will meet with one of our designers. The purpose of this meeting is for the designer to exactly understand your requirements and needs so that a detailed cad drawing can be produced. Following this initial meeting you will receive the fully specified cad design of your project together with our quotation for the work.

Once you are happy with the layout and the design is agreed we will pass the order to our production team who will then carefully manufacture your furniture in our Thames Valley workshop, using a combination of craft based techniques and modern technology. Following manufacture, our quality control team will inspect the furniture to ensure it reaches GIBBONS high standards. Finally after our quality control team have tested the furniture it will be installed by one of our teams of experience fitters.
After the installation is completed you will receive a call from our customer service team to ensure that you are happy with the service that you have received and only then will we issue you with your invoice.
